Suddenly unable to update beta!
I posted an issue here on Error 160 which caused me not to be able to update. So far the only "response" was from MYSELF reporting an update.
Since then, my Creative Cloud app reports me "up to date" but the app itself reports 14.9.0 while my understanding is we're actually up to 14.9.0.13. Can someone PLEASE assist me in getting updated? I know better than to contact support on a beta version, so the last bastion of aid is from staff helping HERE, and I'm feeling a bit ignored that my problem in updating has gone ignored by said staff (or possibly more experienced users). In advance, I appreciate your help (while being disappointed at no help arriving earlier.) Great holidays to all.
