Audio missing after collecting files with Project manager

I use Project manager to collect project with multiple sequences. When I open it on another computer some audio tracks are empty on random sequences. On some sequences only certain audio bits are missing. It seems like a bug. What should I do?

The sequences are very simple. Each sequence with different clip, no editing, the audio originally linked with the clip (only „mark in“, „mark out“ and „insert to sequence“ used).
When I open collected project on another computer some sequences are ok, but some are missing the audio track (the video track is still there). Then I have to go through those sequences, press F on video to open the clip in Source monitor and take the audio from there.

Same issue. After using Project Manager to consolidate clips, the audio tracks for all the clips in my sequence are missing.

Happening on the same version and build number.

Hello,

If you have troubles using Project Manager (like here with audio missing), you can try PlumePack ! It's a third party plugin for Premiere Pro which also consolidates Premire Pro Projects. With the FREE version of PlumePack, you can use the same "Copy" feature than the Project Manager, but with more controls (like having your copied stuff following Premiere Pro Bins Structure, or selecting a Sequence and it will take ALL nested sequences recursively into account), and with less errors/issues.

The Premium version offers more sub-features with the most powerful one : trimming without re-encoding (so save disk space without decreasing quality !).

Just download, install it, test the Free version and see if it can help you ! 😉

Best,

Nicolas from Autokroma
