Diagonal Line through audio

I opened my film project id been editing for days and now audio is all out of sync, and when I tried replacing its putting the wrong audios to sync. I have these diagnal lines through the audio all over the film. This just happened as soon as premiere updated yesterday! How do I fix this?

Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forums. Please give the team a few more details.  If you open an auto-save file from before the update, do they also have the sync issue?  You can also try clearing your cache.  You updated mid-project; was that for a specific reason?  Which version of Premiere are you using?  We'll need a few more details to help.  Please see: How do I report a Problem?

My adobe PP files was working for months and just today I started to recieve these diagonal lines over audio in scenes in my film. Ive tried deleteing cache, relinking files from the bin and they arent correct. How do I fix this ive never experienced this before.. Please see the attached photo
