Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forums. Please give the team a few more details. If you open an auto-save file from before the update, do they also have the sync issue? You can also try clearing your cache. You updated mid-project; was that for a specific reason? Which version of Premiere are you using? We'll need a few more details to help.
