Enhance Speech in Premiere Pro 24.3.0 Not Working

I used the Enhanced Speech on a clip in Premiere and the result I got back is unusable. I then sent the audio to Audition, so that it would create a WAV file from the MP4, restarted Premiere, re-processed the new file with Enhanced Speech, and got the same result.

I then took that WAV file and uploaded it to the Enhance Speech on the Adobe Podcast website and it worked like I expected it to.

I am on a 2020 i9 iMac with maximum specs (2TB SSD) and macOS Ventura 13.6.6.

Can confirm that Enhance Speech within Premiere is still unusable on a an entirely different project, with 24-bit 48Khz audio from a C300 Mark III (instead of a 16-bit 44Khz AAC encoding MP4 when this issue originally popped up).

It had exactly the same issues as the clip I posted the sample of.

I have been having the same issue. I've tried reinstalling Premiere with new preferences but am still having the issue. The source doesn't seem to matter.

I don't have the problem when using an M1 Max MacBook Pro. Both are running PP 24.3.
