    Hey Hiago, may we have more info? How do I write a bug report? If you have an NVIDIA GPU, try a clean reinstallation of the previous studio drivers: 517.xx. Did that fix it? Let us know.

    • Problema  - O importador informou um erro genérico
    • Número da versão do Adobe Premiere Pro: 23.0.0
    • Sistema operacional - Windows 10 Home
    • Etapas para reproduzir  - Eu trabalho em uma empresa que me envia os projetos para eu editar, e no projeto já está todos os arquivos então eu tenho que sincronizar todos os arquivos. Mas em alguns arquivo ocorre esse problema ao apertar para sincronizar. Ou seja para que ocorra isso coloque bastante arquivos em uma pasta e tente sincroniza-los
    • Resultado esperado  - O que deveria acontecer é sincronizar os arquivos sem que apareça esse problema.
    • Resultado real  - Sempre abre uma aba escrito "O importador informou um erro genérico".

    Hi Jonatas,

    Sorry about that, my friend. Thank you for the info, but can we know a bit more? If possible, check to see if you have an NVIDIA GPU. If so, make sure drivers are 522. xx, or earlier. I run 516. xx without issue. My colleague advises 517. xx. Any of these should work. Let us know about that and if the tip helped solve the problem.
