Hi guys,
I have been having problems with Premiere for a while now. When I press CMD+M to export it takes Premiere a long time to react to the command and then when I do anything on the export tab it also takes a very long time to react. This is adding a lot of time onto projects where I have a lot of timelines to export. When in Media Encoder the render times are not concerning at all and seem. to be normal so it seems the export tab is the issue. Any suggestions?
I am using a Macbook Pro M1 Max 32GB 1TB storage running macOS Ventura Version 13.2.1.
Premiere and Media Encoder are updated to the lastest versions. I edit off of a LaCie and Seagate drives.

Exact same issue here, but I'm on Intel Mac, macOS Monterey.
I cleared the cache, changed scratch disks, changed my media disk, reset user permission on main SSD, nothing helps.
I have the exact same version of Premiere Pro on my M1 Macbook Air and no problem at all, the export tab is really fast and responsive

Did you come accross any solutions? I am still having this problem, even with the recent update.

I looked at that thread u suggested. The issue is not just it hanging when you push export but when wanting to change anything like output destination, bit rate, use a preset setting. When trying to click on a button or tab it take like 1 minute to register. I click to change the destination and I have to wait, then I want to change my bit rate, I clock.and I have to wait. It takes longer to choose my setting than the actual export. Surly there is a fix for this

I also face the same problem, and it is very annoying. Is there a fix or workarround?

Ok guys, after about two years of struggling with this issue, I finally found the culprit. It was third party Audio Unit Plugins. Switching to VST3 version of the plugins solve the issue and Premiere is finally fast and reactive again.
