2 days ago I had multiple users come to me with issues trying to run Premiere Pro.

First issue was related to permissions accessing custom Workspace files.

The files get stored here:  User/username/Documents/Adobe/PremierePro/24.0/Profile<username>/
The Documents folder on our devices is backedup/sync'd with OneDrive.

To resolve the error I deleted the Workspace file.

Second issue is related to project files stored either in Documents or on Desktop.

Both locations are backedup/sync'd with OneDrive.

Moving the files out of the OneDrive locations to a folder in the root of c:\ resolves the issue.

Questions:

1. Anyone aware of any recent update that might be having this impact?
2. Anyone know how to install Premiere Pro without it using the [User]\Documents\Adobe folder location?  I would prefer the application config to be stored outside of the Documents folder if possible.

Many thanks

Mike
