I updated to the latest NVIDIA Driver for my GTX 3070. I opened Pr and it came up telling me that "There is a bug problem with the latest NVIDIA Driver Update, which may cause your aps to crash"
Al my work is unaccessible due to sudden crash.
Can someone please explain and resolve this bug issue with NVIDIA x Adobe.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is a major known issue between that latest driver version (which I assume it's the 531.18 Game Ready driver) and content creation apps. That is partially why no 530-series Studio Driver has yet been released for your GPU. Most recent Studio driver is version 528.49.

Latest update for my Quadro P4000 is 528.89 but I also get this message verytme I open Premiere or After effects.
Also got a few forced restarts from Windows because of this. Anyone else has this problem?
Can't find a soluion anywhere yet.

Make sure you're using the Studio Driver from NVidia rather than the Games Driver. The most recent version of that fixed things on my end.

@DjinWD Weird... the release notes for 528.89 specifcally metion fixing the Adobe issue. I know it's not ideal, but maybe a reinstall of Premiere now that you have the new driver? Or, at the very least, clearing out your media cache first to see if that clears things up.

Hold on, I'll get a manager. But you might want to install an older Studio Ready Nvidia Driver until I get back....

Since the last NVIDIA driver update I'm dealing with major issues. In my project, it'll show me some video on a timeline for 15-20 secondes, then will stop and the "Media pending" screen will appear and stay there.
For some reason, my RAM graph looks like this since the update.

I just installed the 528.89 for my quadro RTX. Problem is still there. Is there a way to completly erase the 531 driver?

Reinstalling Premiere and After Effects clean seems to have done the trick for Premiere but not for After Effects...?

Same here - Quadro RTX 5000 notebook.
Going to try a driver downgrade.
I'll let you know how it goes.
[EDIT] New Feature Branch driver fixed it for me - 531.41

I get the same pop-up with 528.89 drivers for my RTX4500. Downgraded to 528.49 Studio, no error. FIrst time I've ever seen that incompatible error with a Studio driver.

Didn't take long for the error to come back again with opening Premiere...
This is annoying.

the only solution I found to fix this problem is that you roll back on version 528.49 they have published on 08.02.2023

I rolled back to 528.24 quadro -rtx (that's where the help page eventually led me to) and that solved problems for me.
With the new driver things just got worse each day leading to Adobe just crashing with every move I made.

Nvidia Studio driver 528.95 released today is Unsupported too. Dang, then only one that works is the Feb. release 528.49.
