Missing Frames During Render/Export

Hey Everyone,

So this has only just started happening with my most recent project (see pictures) but basically during the render and/or export process, APP tells me it is "unable to produce" frames from several different clips. These clips behaved normally during the import and cutting process. Once this starts happening, not only does the export and/or render fail as well as playback on the timeline, I also usually have issues saving the project and then my external hard drive becomes blank, and I have to force-eject it which of course I'd rather not do...thankfully once the hard drive is plugged back in everything is there. I just have no idea what's going on so any help would be awesome. Thanks!
