Multi-track audio issues

Having a drama with Multi-track and audio now for some reason! It's weird, has never been an issue before. On a MacBook Pro 2021 running Premiere Pro 24.2.1 (Build 2).

The scenario is we have various cameras taking in audio feeds, so I need all the cameras audio in the multi-track stack feeding into the multi-track sequence it outputs. However, as you can see from the attached video file, it doesn't seem to want to play ball. I am selecting ALL CAMERA's for audio, but it is not bringing them all in.

The workaround is to basically pull the audio from the multi-track stack sequence into the main sequence and link it up that way, but that's less than ideal, especially if you wanted to do some universal audio adjustments.

Project attached, I used a couple phones to film myself quickly and illustrate the problem, apologies, I am usually behind the camera.
