PR 2024 headphone problem

Hi,

I've been using Premiere for the past three years, and I've noticed that I can't hear any music through my wired headphones in the 2024 version. The 2022, 2023, and even the beta versions all work fine, so it's very strange. I'm wondering if I'm the only one having this problem. Thanks!

maybe a sound card driver update or reset the preferences for any settings changed by mistake

Did you set your Default Output in Premiere preferences to use your headphones?
