Premiere 24 preview issues (black screen, lagging, app crashes,... and all you can imagine)

I have serious problems editing with Premiere 24.

I recently upgraded the CPU from a 3700x to a 5950x and the nightmare rise.
I can't edit for more than 10 minutes in a row without the preview hanging, getting stuck, going black, or the app simply crashing and the entire PC crashing.

I have tried up to 2 clean system installations today, the last one with just the basics: W11, Nvidia drivers, motherboard drivers and that's it. But even that doesn't solve it and I don't know what to do anymore.

I feel like I wasted my money buying the 5950x, but with the previous 3700x it wasn't a bed of roses either.

What I can do?

My configuration is:

Ryzen 9 5950X

MSI Mortar B550

4x16Gb DDR4 3200Mhz

MSI RTX 3600 Ti

MSI 750W PS

Thx,

Sorry, I mean RTX 3060 Ti, not 3600

For more information,... I always work with 1080-60 16:9 clips and "proxied" 360 mp4 clips framed with last version off GoPro FX Reframe.

I notice that when the preview stops, preventing the timeline from being played, the CPU fan speeds up, but the temperature does not undergo any notable changes,... it is as if it were doing some type of task in the background that I don't know about.

You are going to excuse me for expanding information in answers but I am still not allowed to edit topics
