PREMIERE ESSENTIAL GRAPHICS BUG

I edit videos for a client for over a year, every year bringing new motion graphics to keep always interesting, last week the graphics I've been using for the last 64 videos, is giving me a headache.

Every time I open Premiere Pro, the graphics show me a blank space, even if there are text in it.

So to keep fast editing I need to change the texts, RESTART MY COMPUTER, and then the graphics show up again and I can export.

 

Already deleted it and reinstalled it, cleaned the cache, cleaned preferences, downgraded, and upgraded, but nothing seems to work.

Yeah, the thing I notice is that, this is how it always worked - at least for the last 4 months

so I have to restart my computer and before full boot open Premiere Project, THEN THIS ONE WORKS

Updated the premiere version, as i said, reset the settings, tried premiere beta, downloaded the mogrts again, clean the cache, open a brand new project, nothing is working, I need to render the same video twice, every single day, bc this yt channel posts every day

I think you will need to contact Envato Eelements and let them know their mogrts are not working for you in whatever PrPro version you are using.

There are alot of factors that can cause issues and they're not always easy to troubleshoot.    Sometimes as a project gets more complicated, issues arise and reaching out to the vendor is a very basic troubleshooting step.  Might help if you told us what your source properties and sequence settings are...  And always useful to tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card not to mention how the media is stored and connected to the computer.   Assuming none of these things have changed since the problem has arisen...

OS: Windows 10 Home 22H2

PROCESSOR: Xeon E5-2670 V3

RAM: 32GB

GPU: RTX-3060 12GB

 

Premiere 2023.3 and now 2023.4

Project's Settings: GPU Acceleration ON

Sequence: 50fps, 1920x1080, REC. 709.

I use the same project every day, just changing the material, which has 20max (really rare actually).

 

The project stays in a 120 GB SSD only for projects. Graphics stay in a 1tb HDD, only for presets and stuff, and the Videos and Photos that have to be edited, stay in the Download folder in my 512gb SSD, because I do it the same day I download and edit and deliver, so the next day I can repeat the process.

The following are troubleshooting steps.   try turning off GPU acceleration.   Are you running any other programs at the same time?  If so, try restarting and just run Premiere.  Try creating a new windows user with administrator privileges and log in to the new account and see if that helps.    And any chance any graphics files are anything different than RGB?  What happens if you render the effects?  And always good to check with the vendor as someone else may have had the same issue and come up with a solution...

My apologies. I must have mis-understood. Are you saying that the same mogrt has worked for many projects in the past and now it is suddenly not displaying when applied in PrPro?
