Premiere Pro 24.6.1 crashing

Hi, 

I'm brand new to premiere pro, I just downloaded it today. When the program downloaded, it downloaded the newest version which is 24.6.1 however it keeps crashing on me.

 

I have tried everything that was recommended online to prevent the program from crashing, yet the issue still keeps happening.

 

The Adobe Creative cloud diagnostics keeps suggesting to "update the app to 24.6.1" but it's already on 24.6.1?! I have no idea what to do.

 

Please help!

Hello! 2 days with that problem, im trying to render or export, few seconds and crash, the Adobe Creative cloud diagnostics keeps suggesting to "update the app to 24.6.1" but it's already on 24.6.1? I have tried everything that was recommended online to prevent the program from crashing, yet the issue still keeps happening, i already sended a lot of reports! can you help me! thanks in advance

So sorry for the delayed response. I'm not sure what happened but it seems to have sorted itself out. I was able to work on the premiere pro program all day yesterday with no issues. I did go through and clear out a lot of stuff from my RAM, I also just recently updated my windows to windows 11. I'm thinking that may have been the possible issue. Thank you so much!

I tried using the email ID you used to register in the forum, but we couldn't find a crash report based on that address. Please send me your official Adobe ID email ID (via a private message) so I can look up your crash report and help you. If you have saved any logs or crash reports, please also send me a private message with those items.

 

We can also try troubleshooting based on any details we receive.
