Premiere Pro Crashes Every Time I Try To Export

Every time I try to export my film the program crashes instantly. 

I have created a new sequence, used in and outs and ensured everything is rendered. I export through media encoder that crashes as well. I've cleared the media cache and when trying to copy the project into a new file it just doesn't. It's not the computer becuase I have tried it on another and it didn't export. HELP.

Which version of Premiere Pro is this?

There was a known issue of having a marker at the start of the a Timeline that would result in a crash, but that was several versions ago.

To troubleshoot this, try a test export with the first clip in the Timeline disabled.  Also, how much free space is on the destination volume?
