Hi, I guess this is a bug, but I also need help to fix it.
I'm a video editor using premiere pro to edit videos, but was in a different country, and didn't use the application for a while. I came back a few days ago, and when trying to launch the program it displayed the launching screen, but then did not state it was loading assets. It then closed a few seconds later. This is not the first time I have had this issue. The last time it happened I reset my windows 11 home 64x to factory settings, and then after re-installing it worked.
I can reset my computer again, but if I have no need to I would really really prefer that.
Weird note - The "open" button in the creative cloud desktop app does not even attemp to start the program. I need to search it in the search bar and click launch there.
Have something to add?
