In Premiere Pro 2024, any track I select in the timeline, whether it be audio, video, an image, etc, will not move normally. I will have to drag my mouse AWAY and to the LEFT of the timeline in order for the clip to appear from the RIGHT side of the timeline, THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHERE MY MOUSE IS.

Yes, I have shutdown my computer and turned it back on.

No, it is not storage issues or memory or drivers.

I switched my Premiere Pro project to the 2025 version, and the problem persisted.

pretty please help me
