Premiere will not open on Macbook pro

Hi there, 

I can no longer open Premiere on my Macbook Pro, 

I'm just getting a spinning ball. 

My MAc is a 15 inch 2018 computer which is running Sonoma 14.2.1

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but that doesn't work either. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
