expected result: settings in premiere to translate exactly 100% media encoder.

actual result: "range" setting changed from Entire Sequence to Sequence In/Out

Premiere Pro 24.4.0 BETA (Build 20)

system: ryzen 7950x, 128gb ddr5, rtx4080, windows 11

1. Select multiple sequences in Premiere, ctrl+m to export.

2. Set everything up properly - range: entire sequence, Youtube 1080, etc...

3. Send to media encoder

4. hit Start

5. Check exports. Some are wrong. Any sequences that had in/out points in premiere had rendered only between the in-out points. other sequences with no in-out rendered the entire sequence.

6. went back to premiere, checked Range: "Entire Sequence" was selected

7. sent to media encoder again

8. in media encoder, checked Range was still "Entire Sequence" - it was not. it was "Sequence In/Out"
