Text Pane Should Not Auto-Scroll When the Text Pane is Not Selected

Somtimes I'm hunting for a word, but if I don't clear out the text panel, Premiere will continue hunting for words (and auto-scrolling) as I'm trying to edit in the timeline. I like auto-scrolling when I'm searching, so I don't want to disable it every time I want to edit and forget to delete the contents of the seach box.

Note that the main issue - persistent search - is "as designed."
