1080p timeline renders wrong

Timeline and render settings are set to 1080p, but when it renders, it looks nothing like the timeline.

Not even the 1080p stock footage I used is in 1080p after rendering.

I tried making a new 1080p sequence, made sure nothing is set or scaled to frame size, searched the internet, but found nothing simillar. I simply don't know where the issue is. I tried 5 different renders in the last hour and it's still wrong.

Nevermind, I fixed it somehow. Don't know what happened, but I tried exporting one more time with the same settings as I used in the last attempt, and it worked.
