12.0 Copying and pasting audio and video problem

Engaged ,

I have a 80 minute project which contains audio and video. I need to break up the 80 minutes into 4 separate files and render each one.

I'm coming from Camtasia but have basic editing experience and I tried to figure out how to do but cannot get the process right.

I used the markers and CUT  60 minutes from the timeline so only the first 20 minutes are there, but how can I paste the cut footage into another sequence?

anyone?

thx R

Premiere Pro isn't really the kind of program you "figure out".  It's much better to actually learn how to use it.

You are correct, I was just pressed for time. But I did figure out by inserting In and Out markers and make sure sequence is selected for the output.
