I have made an edit (graphic overlay) to a 1440x1080 video. When I go to export to mp4 (H264), the export keeps giving me a 1920x1080. The setting looks to be 1440 and I asked to keep the original source with was also 1440. Why do I keep getting a 1920 width export? I've tried numerous variations in the setting.

Post screenshot of export settings.
Best is not to keep 1440x1080 par 1.33 but 1920x1080 par 1.0 to avoid distortion when the widescreen flag is not read in the 1440x1080.

When you exports, you have to choose Pixel Aspect Ratio 1.0 or Square Pixels, in this case you have exactly 1440x1080px in your final export. But, this is not a Format, this not exist, but you can do it.
Finally, the issue of the 1440x1080px is that it is a variation of the Full HD 1920x1080px, the difference between the first is that it has a wider pixel (1.33) and the second uses a square pixel (1.0). The 1440 with 1.33 of P.A.R makes a compensation to have the proportion of 1920, so when exporting you see the same size in both, by the compensation of the pixel of the first.

Thank you, this is helpful to know. I went ahead and sent it over for review. If they come back and insist it be the original 1440, I will try this!
