Anyone else experiencing very poor response time trying to move effect handles in the effect controls palette?

Sorry for this issue. It is being investigated.

It should be be working in 11.0.2, but became an issue in 11.1.

This should now be fixed in the CC 2017.1.2 (11.1.2) update that was released today.
