Hi guys,
I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro max. I have shot some footage in 240fps. On my iPhone it plays beautifully. When I import it to PP on my Windows desktop it plays but is glitching. I import the footage into a bin, change the frame rate in there to match my sequence but it still glitches. If I drag it straight in from source folder it glitches. Rendering makes no difference.
I've tried to run it through Adobe Media Encoder and Handbrake but I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to codecs.
I've just checked and it also glitches when I play the source footage on Windows Media Player/VLC.
My question is - how can I use this footage without it glitching in PP? I suspect it is a file format/codec issue but know nothing about this

The file is variable frame rate. Use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
