360 Resolution

I am dipping my toe into 360 video. After stitching together a random scene in Action Director, I imported the video on into Premiere CC (latest version), followed the instructions provided by adobe, but my video resolution still really sucks. It looks crystal clear in Action Director but not in Premiere. Any ideas as to why?

The shot on the left is how the stitched video looks in VLC media player, the right side is Adobe. It looks to me like I'm scaled up too much.

I did not solve it. I've continued to use the gear 360 Action Director for the time being.
