Hi all,
few days ago I upgraded to Premiere Pro 2018. I started new project and my first problem was with AVCHD files from my Panasonic camera. From start I must encode my AVCHD files to MP4 becuase I use Windows 7 64 bit and new Premiere has moved to native Operating System (OS) support for Dolby Digital decoding and for Windows 7 and on W7 is imposiible solve this.
Ok so encoded my files to MP4 (h264) format and I started cuting. After few minutes when I added Luminetri effects to my files and maked Render in to out, Premiere popped up error: A LOW-LEVEL EXCEPTION OCCURRED IN ADOBE PLAYER. I never had this problem in past.
My configrtaion:
Lenovo W540
i7 4800 MQ
16 GB RAM DDR3
Nvidia Quadro K1100M
256GB Intel SSD.
Source video files is located on system SSD and I tried change location to another HDD but with same results. I tried delete Premiere Pro cache and still i had this error.
Actualy I came back to 2017 version.
Please, any ideas how solve this?
Best regards
Lukáš K.

Hi Kulpreet,
sorry for my late respeone but i was very bussy. After I instaled lastest Nvidia driver my problem is solved.
Actualy Premire Pro works more stable but still I have problem with long time opening projects.
If I want open each project I must wait from one to three minutes and before with CC 2017 version
project opened faster. Do you have some information about this? I try wait for next updates,
maybe will solve this.
Best Regards
Lukaš K.

Hi Lukaš K,
I am glad that your original issue got fixed.
I have problem with long time opening projects.
A couple of users reported about this issue & I have seen this issue on other forums.
Are you trying to open an updated project in CC 2018 or is it a new project started in CC 2018?
Please share more information and we will try to investigate.
Thanks,
Kulpreet Singh

I'm experiencing the same error message. I'm working on a new project on Premiere Pro CC 2018, almost a 20min long video. I haven't had this error since I've been using Premiere Pro CC for almost a year now.
Is this specifically related to the video card? Or what resources do I need to make available for PrProCC to function properly?
