Hello there!

I can't find any solution for this error in Premiere Pro CC 2020 (14.0). I really need help.

I tried a thousand tips by the web like these:

- Restarting Premiere with ALT.

- Changing from Mercury Playback Engine A. (CUDA) to MPE Software Only

- Disable the hardware-accelerated decoding from Media Preferences.

- Reinstalling Premiere from Creative Cloud Desktop.

- Creating a new project and importing the sequence/project file.

- Installing codecs from NewTek

- Etc, etc.

My footage is working fine with other computers by the way. And my computer is working good.

Another footage works well in Premiere but for any reason BOOM!. Again...

PC Aspects: MSI GS63 Stealth 8RE

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7, RAM 64GB, and Windows 10 Home 64 bits.

I will appreciate it if you could help.

please tell us the source file properties.  People recommend using a program called MediaInfo to get all this info

also, in the future, you can attach image files using the insert photos icon above the area where you entering your message.  Much easier for people trying to help to see the images within their browser rather than having to download and open your attached jpegs.
