Access Denied

I have the DVD for Photoshop and Premiere pro but the disk wasn't working so I'm trying to download it online. It keeps saying access denied even though I am signed in to the same account I bought it with. Help!

The Premiere Pro discussed in this forum does not come on a DVD, it is only available as a subscription download

Exactly which version do you have?

Provide extra details on exactly what is on the DVD you bought. Is it the actual software? If so, what version?

Are you using Pr and Ps ELEMENTS?
