Add 1 or 2 frame dissolves to all audio cuts, in to out?

I'm pretty sure I've put this FR / question in before... but just in case I'm missing a trick...

If you know Avid you know add dissolves in to out, with the option of skipping existing transitions. Which means that on dialogue edits you can ensure they are all smoother by applying 1 frame dissolves across all cuts (with the option of skipping those you've already feathered with longer duration mixes).

In FCP7 it was achieved, after a fashion, by selecting all clips and editing them all back on top of themselves 'with transition'

I haven't seen a way of doing it in PPro yet....
