adding a MOGRT file to a video in Premiere Pro CS5.5

I'm trying to add a free Adobe stock waveform MOGRT file to and audio only podcast along with a jpeg graphic to make an audio only podcast to upload to my YT channel. I have the audio file & jpeg graphic loaded in the workspace but PP won't import the MOGRT file. there is also no "graphics" workspace when I open up PP to just upload this waveform from the Adobe stock files. Is there a way to do this?

No way. CS5.5 is ancient and has no idea what to do with a mogrt.
