Hello Everyone.
I would like to add the Effects Panel next to the Project panel, and the Media Browser, Just like the above screen-shot. I do have the Effects Panel on Top, but I also want to have It In the Bottom.
Would you please let me how to do that. I do not see any Icon to add the Effects Panel next to the project Panel.
Thanks.
but I also want to have It In the Bottom.
You can only have one instance of a panel in a workspace. So if you want to have it both places ... you can't.

You can rearrange any panel to any location. Click and hold your mouse on the name of the panel and then drag it to where you want it. As you drag you will see parts of the Premiere Pro interface highlight to show where the panel will be dropped/placed when you let go of the mouse button.

Steve and Ann are right, but it can get a little tricky. Took me a few months to get a handle on the process. Experiment with the different "drop zones" until you've got the sense of how it works. And then figure out how to either save to a pre-existing workspace or create a new one. It's extremely powerful and worth the effort

Why would one want two Effects panels?

I think there Is a little misunderstanding here. I know how to Drag and Drop Panels. I already have the Effects Panel In the Right Top. If I Drag, and Drop the Effects Panel for example from Top Right and Drop It next to the Project or Media Browser Panel, On the Bottom, Left, then I would lose the original Effects panel that I Dragged. In other words, It seems like you can not have the Effects Panel In Top Right, and also have It next to the Project Panel on the Bottom Right at the same time.
UPDATED:
It seems like you can only have It In one Location. It would have been nice If you could have It In Multiple places.
Thank you very much, Everyone.

I have the same questions as Ann ... why would you want two Effects panels? How would you use it?

Mr. Neil.
I thought maybe It would have been a good idea to have it In the Bottom, and also on Top. When you open the Media Browser, the Effects panel on the bottom is Closed, so you can open the Effects Panel on the Top Right. Just to have It there, sometimes, It Is easier to drag from left to the Timeline, and sometimes I like to drag from the Top Right.
Thanks.

I have the Effects panel in different places in each of my workspaces because it is more or less 'needed' second by second. My workspaces are set for what I'm most likely doing while in that workspace (for most of the time).
So I have it where it is most ... appropriate ... at the moment. Taking up that screen space twice, for the same panel ... that I don't understand.
