Adding Transition error

When I am adding a video transition I get an error message, "Insufficient media. This transition will contain repeated frames." This may be a basic quesiton but i wasnt able to find something online.

I am sorry that you are facing trouble in applying transitions in Premiere Pro.

When I am adding a video transition I get an error message, "Insufficient media.

Insufficient media error means your clips do not have handles. Premiere Pro uses extra frames called "handles" outside of your cut to make transitions possible.

I would suggest you to trim your clips or add extra handles and you will be able to apply those transitions.
