Adobe premier CC 2018 no responde

Tengo sistema operativo macSierra versión 10.12.6 y el programa no responde.

Ayer no pude cerrar un proyecto ya que se quedó bloqueado cuando mandé cerrar el proyecto. Así que hice un forzar salida. Hoy no puedo abrir el programa, me aparece un mensaje que pone "dobe premier CC 2018 no responde"

Encuentro muy fuerte que el chat de ayuda esté cerrado, son las 12.25h y que llame al número de teléfono y me tengan en espera un rato. Con lo que cuesta la licencia, el servicio técnico es muy malo.

Do you get any crash log when the application fails to open? [Please share the screenshot if any]

Are you trying to double-click a project file to launch a specific project or do you launch the application directly?

Please share the following information about the system's hardware specification:

1. RAM
2. CPU
3. GPU
