I have been using Premiere pro for about 3 months now... followed load of tutorials since and prior to buidling me new PC to edit on. I have had nothjing but issues since using it. Previosuly I was on a 2016 MBP 15" editing on final cut pro x... I had no issues on that system at all. I could churn out client projects, on time and with ZERO issues slowing my workflow down.
I am shocked and amazed by how terrible the software Premiere Pro is... I've had non-stop crashes (You should be able to see them all as I send them in each time it prompts, Adobe). I've been working on one project for 3 months, been back and forth with adobe on the phone and by chat trying to solve various issues with the project. I've started from scratch 3 times now and everntually run into the same isues over and over, yet each time an issue arrises, I think I've found a way around it... Something else pops up or the way that worked before no longer works and I have to troubleshoot again.
I'm not illiterate when it comes to working with NLE software or computers in general. I'm using proxies, seperate cache/project drives and all other reccomended proformace solutions. Yet I'm still becoming frustrated in how unstable the software is.
I'm, not sure if it's the new ryzen processor im using or what but I have a fairly decent system.

I feel your pain as you can see here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/unrecoverable-hang-during-render-in-premiere-pro-2020-mo...
You might try installing Premiere Pro 2019 which you can do.

Beleve it or not I've used 3 previous versions with the same problems... The worst part, I can't pinpoint an exact cause becuase there's a new error, cause of crash each time.

I'm not sure on your processor, it seems Intel has some advantages... but, you'll need to look into that. You might find some write-ups here: https://www.pugetsystems.com/
<<The clips only have Neat Video, Red Giant Colorista IV & Warp Stabilizer on them... >>
I like that 'only'. That's two 3rd party effects and Warp is one of the hardest effects you can apply to a clip. So, indeed I'm not surprised by the issues. You might consider a digital intermediate like with either Warp, or combing the Red Giant and Neat. Some combination of that to a ProRes or Cineform intermediate.
As a side note, in the "More" option, you should have an Edit option so you can make some typo fixes, etc. Happens often to me... and I just fixed the word type -> typo on this post! 🙂
