Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 Not Responding...

Hello, my name is Itay.
Recently, I have tried editing on premiere and a problem accured.
It was not responding to many things I did, and sometimes it did respond but didn't show it on the screen.
It is hard to explain without visuals, but it is roughly what happened.

Also, When I Alt+TAB the premiere app, and went back to it, some sections of it became white and it was clearly bugged.
I have tried cleaning the media cahce, reinstalling the app, restarting it, restarting my pc, creating a new project, etc... and nothing seemed to work.
Is there anything I could do to make it work?
