I downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 a couple of months ago; since then, I have been matching video and audio for a feature film with no problem. I hadn't had any trouble with Adobe until a few days ago when I tried to export a file as I always do; it worked perfectly fine until it froze at about 23%. Since then, I can edit, but every time I try to export, it has frozen on various percentages, mostly 0%, but never reaching over 27%.
I have to force exit Adobe after it freezes. It is also slow about coming up.
I have reset my preferences, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, restarted and updated my computer, and updated Nvidia to the most recent Studio driver, 551.23, and out of 2 Terabytes of space on my computer, I have 1.54 TB free. Even just giving it time doesn't work.
PC is a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900H
31.7 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Any Ideas?
Thanks!
Thank you, I figured it out (Thank the Lord!).
I uninstalled the program, then went to my Adobe account to reinstall; I clicked the three-dot ellipsis menu beside the Install button, clicked on 'More Versions,' and installed the latest version of Adobe. My clip was exported successfully!
Thank you for all your time and help!

Is there an error message? If so, please post a screenshot of it.
Does it happen with both export with Adobe Media Encoder and direct export from Premiere Pro?

Just checked, I thought it wasn't working with Media Encoder, but it exported successfully through there. Do you know if I can get it exported through Premier Pro?

You may want to go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
Then ask to be connected to the Video Queue.

Same thing - actually what helps me is to be patient and let it just sit there for a bit and finally in connects back to the Export function. It is weird, it happens every once in a while and I can't find the logic of it yet.
