Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 - sound issues

New Here ,
Aug 10, 2017 Aug 10, 2017

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 to edit webinar recordings exported from Webex. The Webex recording itself distorts the sound (adds a sort of lisp) but in certain cases, Premiere amplifies it. Also, in other situations (depending on the hardware), the sound is much fainter when the file is imported into Premiere.

Please note that I'm making no changes to the sound settings (I don't touch that section). If someone could advise how to correct these issues that would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you need further details about any of these issues then please let me know.

Many thanks,

Ana

I think Step 2b is the best solution here.
