Hi there,

I'm completely new to video editing and I wanted to start using Premiere Pro.
Right by the start I already ran into some troubles.

I tried pressing Fix and following the steps provided by Adobe, but I can't find the "igxpin.exe" file they mention afer unzipping a file I had to download. (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/drivers-video-win-intel.html). My knowledge of drivers etc is minimal.

Thanks for your help

Premiere Pro 2020

Windows 10

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz

LATEST

This screenshot does not tell you anything.

You need to go to the Manufacture website and download the latest drivers.

Install manually, dont let Windows update the drivers.
