So recently I've been experiencing alot of playback issues and timeline errors I had Adobe Premiere pro V13.1.2 i tried everything to fix it and nothing i decided to switch back to v12.1.2 and things got a little better but whenever i import a timelapse on my timeline it looks stretched and there's black bars around it I'll attach a picture when I render it it gets fixed and looks normal but when I apply any effect on it or anything it goes back so I have to keep rendering it everytime I do anything with the timelapse clip if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.
