Am currently running the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2020. When my student downloaded the program, her ingest presets are listed differently than on mine. My computer lists Ingest presets with the specific frame size included, yet when she opens up her ingest settings, it just shows generic listings. Why do the program versions appear to be different? Is this a different version of Premiere somehow or if your computer is not up to spec are certain features not available? Please advise!
Thanks,
Jeff

My list looks like yours, except of course for the presets I've added. Hers has things I've never seen before ... like what in the world is the Buffalo preset?
That looks like a list that has had some heavy duty user modifications.

Haha sorry, didn't mean to confuse you more- the Buffalo and 6k preset are custom. It was part of a lesson on making proxies and was showing a student how to make a custom ingest preset. My version is the 2020 and is the one that has the frame sizes. I will confirm and see if she is running 2019 instead of 2020, that could explain the difference.

This looks like PR 2019, except for the Buffalo and 6K. If you pick "proxies," hers is what you see for 2019. Yours is what you see for 2020.
But in PR 2020, if you pick "copy and proxies," you get presets like "Copy & 1024x540 Apple..," which is what you also get in 2019.
Neil, if you have custom presets, do they get added if you had them in the previous version?

Mine were with going to 2020 ... I've heard of others who had to add theirs though. Don't know why or why not ...
