So recently I rendered a couple of video, and I already set my renderer to Open CL, I have set everything correct, but when I clicked render, the GPU sits on idle, and only Processor that works, I was trying to render a 1 minute video, only 97 MB, but it took me 1 and a half hour, I asked the adobe live chat support, and they told me to go to my AMD Support, I emailed them, and still got no answer, anyone can help? I tried to do GPU Sniffing but it also didn't work.
My computer specs :
Intel i7 6700k64gb DDR4 Ram
AMD RX Vega

What type of effects and transitions you have on your video? GPU will only kick in when GPU accelerated effects are used.
Where are you exporting to? and what are your export settings?

Most stuff is done on the cpu.
Guessing your ssd contains the OS and programs and the hdd is used for media etc.
A spinning drive is these days only suited for backup.
For media etc best to use ssd drives.

Premiere has been using GPU Acceleration less and less. When I first started using Premiere I swear it used GPU to accelerate things much more than it does now. That said, I run an AMD Vega graphics card and while it barely gets utilized during Export my render times are far better than that (I also have a fairly newer processor too). I export 4k 10 minute videos in a third of that time. I'm with everyone else, what are your export settings and effects applied?
