Adobe Premiere - Unable to load third-party audio plug-ins

I've been scouring the internet to figure this out for Premiere Pro 2021 (15.2) and the closest I could find was a conversation for Premiere 2019.  One that I don't think ever found a solution:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/premiere-pro-unable-to-load-third-party-audio-plugin/m-p...

I'm trying to launch a fresh version Adobe Premiere 2021 that I've just downloaded from the Creative Cloud. I've tried both PR 2020 and 2021 and the same problem persists that I cannot load Apple 3rd party plug ins.  I've changed permissions on my Mac.  I cannot seem to locate these seemingly phantom files that don't even show up in a search.  It's probably supposed to be this way but I can't figure out how to get them to work:(  I've attached a screenshot of the audio preferences of Premiere 2021 and everything I need and the folders to find them seem to be empty.  Did I miss the solve in the 2019 link i shared?

Going to bookmark this threat in hopes someone responds since the email for this adobe seat isn't what I'd be checking to be notified.

If you know something I don't or could help me see what I missed in threads, I'd be really grateful:)

Thanks!

AKAAdam

Okay, I did find out that really did have simple simple simple permission issues but what I failed to do was apply the changes in the gear drop-down.  You'll get a warning and you say OK to fix this audio problem.  After this, I launched premiere with no trouble:)
