So like it says in the title before I installed windows 11, I was not having this issue whatsoever where when I render out a video it would only use the CPU.
However, now whenever I try to it only uses the CPU. I have went into the settings and made sure everything was set to hardwear encoding, I even went into my graphic settings and set it to highest priority, I went into the NVIDIA control pannel and tweaked all the setting I could for Premiere so that it would use my GPU like it used to. This all has done nothing to solve the issue, and now any render I do says it till take over 6 hours but will crash after the first 30 mins.
I have made sure to update my drivers to the latest studio drivers in case anyone asks.
Also this is all the same hardwear in the computer from when I moved from windows 10 to 11. The only thing that was changed was the storage device that windows was loaded on.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appricated. thank you all very much.

We'll need some more info about your hardware and media files. Info needed for a bug report
There are some other threads around here that sound a bit similar, take a look for them also, and on the Premiere Beta forum.
