Artifacts on Timeline

Back again, this time on a seperate project. After a while ill start to see this strange artifact pop up when I either pause or scrub through my timeline and its driving me crazy.(See Below) Software Rendering only solves this but I'm looking for a solution, not a workaround that completely slows down my editing process.

Renderer: Cuda acceleration

OS: windows 11
memory: 64gb

Cpu: i7 8086k

GPU: rtx 3070

PP: 2022
All drivers have been updated.

We're sorry about the poor experience. Is this happening with any specific media type, or is it happening with all of them? Also, have you installed Studio drivers or Game Ready drivers for RTX 3070?

off and on, it will eventually start doing this. I have studio drivers installed.

I was noticing that after about 10-15 minutes my timeline would just go black and I would have to completely restart premiere, after doing some digging I created a new sequence with different sequence settings.

Footage is from multiple cameras(Red, Black Magic, Zcam, A7)

It is a fairly large file with a lot of footage. but these errors dont seem normal.
Also, after I render the timeline now, there are still patches of yellow instead of green and during playback it will sometimes show "media pending" very briefly in those areas.

Im starting to really get frustrated with Adobe, I used to be able to edit without any hesitation and as of the last 3-4 years I haven't had a single project that hasn't had some major issue like this.

Try and put your project in your regular folder instead of keeping it in the Auto Save one.

Your fields are set to lower !!!!! Set it to Progressive.

The i frame mpeg only has an odd preview resolution. Only use even numbers.

The  timeline still freezes and becomes unresponsive

just updated premiere and after effects to 22.4 and now premiere takes forever to open and the freezing gets worse
