Audio Automatic cut when import

Any body know why my all audio file always cut when I import them.
All of my audio always cut when I import into source audio.

every each frame cut so it become short.

lets say i have audio 3min lenght because that it becaame 1:20

you can see the picture below.

should i restore all setting?
the question is HOW?

I already reinstall but the problem still happened.

I really need the solution

Seems like an issue with Media Cache, please clear the cache & test. FAQ: How to clean media cache files?
