Hello, I am on Premier Pro 13.1.5 and I can't seem to get my audio exported correctly. I have a stereo music track which plays in stereo in the project. I have checked to make sure that it is indeed stereo, and that my sequence is stereo. When I go to export, no matter what video codec I choose, if I choose aac for audio, it comes out mono. If I choose mpeg for audio, I get no audio.
Please help!!
Edit: I thought I should mention that I am using mac.

How do you know it's mono, playing back with what?
Thanks
Jeff

Could you post screenshots of your export settings? Make sure to capture both your settings under the video tab and the audio tab.

Zeb,
In this new forum, "attaching" files means to view them we have to download and view them in an app on our computers, not the safest thing and of course slow.
And to avoid the blasted "nested" responses, it is actually better to start a reply by hitting the blue Reply button at the top of the page by the original post. Everything will be shown in order then.
Please simply drag/drop your screengrabs to the reply box, and it will "place" the image where your cursor was in the reply when you "dropped" the file in.
Then click on the image, and select the far-right double-arrow icon for "Large" size as shown here ...
