I found that not every footage I'm editing in the same sequence has this problem and no idea why it happens.
I cut my footage and used 'constant power' to join each part.
I used filters which are denoise / paramatric equalizer (vocal enhancer) and single-band compresser.
I found that at the beginning of the part after the cut, the volume seem to be noticeably lighter than the previous part of the sequence (play the preview continuously across few cuts); I also found that if after I notice the dip in the volume happened then I pause and move the playhead to be closer to the cut and play it again, the timestamp where it used to sound problematic is no longer sound faded anymore.
This audio dipping / fading seems to exists in both preview and export.
I tried both export as CBR and VBR (2pass) and still having the same problem.
Anyone here experiencing the same issue?
Is it caused by the spec of the computer?
or the software cannot handle the footage or anything set differently while filming that may lead to this issue in specific footage.
Thank you for any reply in advance.

Does the error go away if you don't use the denoise effect? Denoise often causes problems at the start of clips.
