Are you using the Denoiser Effect?
If so, try removing it.

No. There is only transition and Colorista from Red Giant.

I think I can see the problem.
In the video you supplied (very helpful) right at the point where the dropout in the render occurs there is a second empty audio part - I suspect that the render is behaving for audio as it does with video, and that when you render it is using the audio on A2 (which is silent) instead of on A1.
To test this, can you try unlinking the clips at 00:02:33:11 and deleting the audio clip, then re-render the file?
If I am right this will solve the problem.

Hello.
It does not work/help. It cuts the audio on every render I do.
I have to do double render every time.
Also Universe version 5 from Red Giant does not work good.
I had to downgrade Universe to version 3 and it works but not completly.

Thanks for the video. Very clear. Sorry you are having this issue. I don't know what the issue is, but is seems to happen jest beghind the Red Giant transition. Try one ore more of these options:
- Export the video without any Red Giant plugins, just to test.
- Export only the audio as Waveform Audio - WAV 48 kHz 16-bit. Is the gap in there too?
- Export the video as QuickTime - Apple ProRes 422. Is the gap in that video too?
Good luck
