Hi everyone
I am having an issue with the audio being out of sync in 2 of my clips when I export to h.264
I have used different export preset higher and lower bitrate, 1 and 2 passes for encoding, changed audio bitrate from 320 to 512, changed the sample bitrate from 48 to 44.1 and all sort of setting to try and isolate the problem but nothing works.
The problem appear always in the same 2 clips, when I preview the video in premier the audio is right everything look synced but after export it looks like the people talking have been badly dubbed by very cheap producers 🙂
Can anyone give some advice of what I could do to fix this problem, thanks a lot in advance
Footage from phones or screen captures are often variable frame rate. Premiere often has problems with this type of media. On a PC use the free program 'Handbrake' to convert to a constant framerate.

Understood now! They probably are as they are all taken with different phones, is there a way I can check they are variable framerate?

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

Now is working fine the Costant Frame rate did the work thank you very much.
Another thing is driving me crazy now, I have set the "Whip" transition to one picture but when I export it get's changed with the "Push" transition..
Why is this happening? any ideas?
